We will show you how to heat and shape hot steel to create beautiful and functional objects.

We will show you how to heat and shape hot steel to create beautiful objects.

Blacksmithing - Level 2

Forge a Hammer
Blacksmithing: Level 2

An intermediate class where you will forge your own hammer. This course is 2 days long.

Axe Forging
Blacksmithing: Level 2

During this 3-day intermediate course you will learn every step for forging a small axe (hatchet) by hand. The axes will be made according to the World Axe Throwing League’s specifications for competitive throwing, and are also the perfect size for camping.

Open Forge
**Previous students only**

A full day of shop time to forge your own projects! There will not be any formal instruction during this class - students work on their own, experiment, or practice their forging techniques independently. Come make what you want!
