Project Description
Between the tap and the bottom of the sink is where water is made dirty. It’s really just such a short physical space in that whole delivery system - a system that because it’s underground, is mostly invisible to us. Waterloo Service Centre manages the city infrastructure of roads and sewers.
I came up with a sculpture that attempts to draw attention to the fact that our sewer systems are all connected to the natural sources of water in the end - places where fish live and also that same place we get our drinking water from.
